MEPIMED's meeting at Ibiza

PIME Balears coordinates and promotes the meetings between the three member federations in orther to make possible the projects with a scope greather than insular.

Despite our philosophy is based on the proximity to the companies, which implies that the major part of our services are designed and offered directly by the insular federations (and may vary from an island to another), in some fieds like training, risk prevent or institutional representation (at Balearic Islands, Madrid or EU) the federations join their efforts and go together as PIME Balears.

Thus from the Confederation we offer the access to training plans (vocational, continuous, ocupational or more specific training and others), also we coordinate the risk prevent or ocupational cabinets, and we assume the unic voice to represent the three insular federations in those materias with a common interest for the companies of the four populated Baleric Islands (PIMEB is member of the CES -Economic and Social Council from the Balearic Islands-, the Social Dialogue Table and more than sixty representation forums).

All of this is supported by our recognition of most representative social agent. 

In addition to this, PIMEB allows the federations member the access to UEAPME (more important european sme organization) and to MEPIMED (local table with spanish mediterranian scope).
